Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with bookkeeping and a strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical skills and knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.

The successful candidate will provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting transactions, including reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements in a timely manner.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company's financial health and liquidity, and audit financial transactions and documents.
Requirements and Skills
  • Work experience as an Accountant, with excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills, with a BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree.
  • Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
