Fitness Career Developer

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at JD Gyms. As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and award-winning gym chain that is revolutionizing the fitness industry.
As a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer, you will be employed by JD Gyms on a part-time basis, working 12 hours a week, and will also have the opportunity to run your own self-employed Personal Training business from our gym. This unique opportunity will provide you with access to a large and growing member base, as well as a dedicated PT Business Support team to help you build and grow your business.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class member experience, leading gym inductions, and teaching engaging group exercise classes. In return for your hard work, you will receive a range of industry-leading benefits, including a contracted salary, annual leave allowance, and access to funded training programmes.
Our gym is a fast-paced and exciting environment, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about fitness and has a strong desire to develop their career. If you are a Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualified and have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, then we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms
- Lead gym inductions and teach engaging group exercise classes
- Work collaboratively with the PT Business Support team to build and grow your business
- Participate in funded training programmes to develop your skills and knowledge
