About the Role:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of logistics activities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and movements.
- Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, including streamlining processes and reducing waste.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
