About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at LG Engineering Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the warehouse team and ensure that orders are picked and packed in a timely manner
  • Plan and coordinate routes for deliveries and pickups
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal warehouse performance
  • Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and control systems
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
