About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a SEN Secondary Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a passion for working with children with SEND/SEMH needs to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will provide support to class teachers within the classroom, assisting children with SEND/SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups. They will also support pupils in and out of lessons, monitoring and recording interventions, and setting targets for individuals to work towards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to class teachers within the classroom
  • Assist children with SEND/SEMH needs 1:1 and in small groups
  • Support pupils in and out of lessons (KS3, KS4, KS5)
  • Monitor and record interventions
  • Set targets for individuals to work towards
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong academics and a passion for working with children with SEND/SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.

The successful candidate will be based in Hounslow, working in an excellent secondary school with a long-term, full-time contract. The daily rate is £105-£110, and the start date is ASAP.
