Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - ADHD Support Specialist

Location: Islington

Salary: £32,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to provide tailored support for children with ADHD in our Islington school. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and materials to meet individual needs, helping students develop focus, self-regulation, and academic skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support for children with ADHD
  • Work with teachers to adapt lessons and materials
  • Help students develop focus, self-regulation, and academic skills
  • Support emotional wellbeing and promote positive behaviour

Requirements:

Experience working with children with ADHD or similar needs, strong communication skills, and a patient, empathetic approach. A DBS check is required.
