Regional Business Partner

We are looking for a talented Regional Business Partner to join our team in Burntwood, Staffordshire. As a key member of our commercial department, you will drive business growth and development across the Midlands region.
About the OpportunityThis is an excellent chance for a skilled professional to take ownership of commercial aspects of their region, working closely with various departments including commercial, operations, and finance. You will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and reporting on financial performance.
In this role, you will:
- Liaise with various departments to report and manage commercial performance of schemes in your region.
- Attend monthly operational meetings to discuss regional performance, taking accountability for performance and ensuring appropriate actions are in place to resolve underperformance.
- Prepare final accounts for clients and sub-contractors.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing all commercial aspects of your region.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting on financial performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in the utility sector commercial/financial environment.
- Strong management and production skills, particularly in cost-value reconciliation.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and document management packages.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts terms.
Aptus Utilities Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
