About the Role:

Nasstar is seeking a skilled Associate Bid Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bid management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-value bids across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the bid team in creating a holistic view of the commercial and technical solution, customer requirements, and supply chain to maximize the probability of success.
  • Assist the bid leadership in ensuring that the win strategy is understood and upheld.
  • Manage pursuit teams and inputs from various stakeholders, including sales, pre-sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal, and delivery.
  • Use the BReTT process to identify and document required skill sets, engage all parties, and ensure all individuals understand their roles, responsibilities, and timelines within the opportunity.
  • Lead bid kick-offs under the BReTT process to orchestrate resourcing and other bid-specific functions across the team.
  • Participate in the review of the quality of contributor outputs and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the written proposal, both in terms of content and presentation.
  • Support the engagement of internal and external third parties where required in the assembly of a bid response.
  • Work closely with the sales team and practices to customize content for individual proposals, ensuring responsiveness to customer needs and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely submissions without compromising quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and some experience communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to continually learn and apply new skills, such as emerging industry standards, new bidding techniques, or advancements in technology.
