About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychologist to join our Therapies Leadership Team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £50,400 - £57,750 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, expert guidance on complex cases, and ensuring therapeutic approaches meet the highest standards. They will also drive strategic initiatives, lead training sessions, and provide supervision to enhance team capabilities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing clinical expertise and assessments to enhance the emotional and mental well-being of children
- Leading and supporting a team of Integrated Therapy professionals
- Conducting reflective practice sessions and working closely with the Care Operations team
- Providing dedicated training and mentoring sessions for team members
- Fostering a supportive team culture and collaborating with other Clinical Lead professionals
