Primary Teacher

At Step Teachers, we are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team in Norwich.
The ideal candidate will have recent mainstream primary school-based experience and hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the KS1 & KS2 curriculums and plan engaging lessons accordingly.
- Maintain a well-organised classroom environment ensuring safe use and storage of equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support students' holistic development.
- Assess students, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to support learning journey.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
