Teacher Aide

About the Role:
The Teacher Aide will assist regular teachers with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment. They will also provide support to students with their learning needs, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated throughout the lesson. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist regular teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Provide support to students with their learning needs
- Help maintain student engagement and motivation
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress
- Assist with administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school environment (experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different classroom settings
- Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students
- Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
