Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team in Lancashire. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a competitive salary of up to £41,600 and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Apply evidence-based practice to achieve outstanding results.
• Equip patients with tools to improve daily living and independence.
• Collaborate with team leaders and the wider MDT to ensure seamless care.
• Support patients through community activities and home visits.

Requirements:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical reasoning, and ability to work effectively in a team.
