Job Description

As a Home Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering care and support to clients in their own homes.

You will develop and implement personalized care plans, promote independence, and enhance the overall quality of life for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing client needs and developing tailored care plans
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid qualifications in care or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
