Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs in Key Stages 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour and ALN, and be proficient in the Welsh language.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team at TeacherActive, supporting students with autism, ESBD, and MLD. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support to students, utilizing their ALN knowledge to create tailored learning plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to students with complex needs
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on individual student requirements
- Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for supporting students with challenging behaviour

Requirements
- Experience working with ALN and challenging behaviour
- Proficiency in the Welsh language
- Enhanced DBS check, ID checks, and professional references required

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also benefit from enhanced DBS check, ID checks, and professional references.
