We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Administrator to join our People Team at Park Holidays. As an L&D Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning & Development team and working closely with colleagues in the People Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless delivery of training events and maintaining accurate learning records.
  • Be the first point of contact for learner queries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, working closely with trainers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Assist managers in identifying training needs across parks and head office, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee membership requirements and renewals for key roles within the business, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate Health and Safety activities for key roles on park locations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc projects and general tasks within the L&D team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Work with regional teams on conferences and related learning activities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and distribute internal communications to promote key learning initiatives and events, showcasing your creativity and writing skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with experience in digital systems (LMS) a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience in HR or Learning & Development is beneficial, but not essential.
