About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our exhibition team, you will be responsible for overseeing exhibition stands from conception to completion, working with a diverse client base across various sectors to deliver successful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate exhibition stands from initial brief to on-site delivery
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations surpassed
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
  • Develop tailored exhibition solutions, including estimates, designs, and quotations
  • Address challenges proactively, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management within the exhibition and events industry
  • Understanding of SketchUp design and technical show activities
  • Strong knowledge of AV and exhibition products and services
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Skilled negotiator, adept at managing budgets and timelines
