Job Title: Hybrid IT Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid IT Administrator to join our team at Henderson Scott. This role will require a unique blend of technical and business skills to administer, support, and continuously improve our Oracle HCM system.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering the Oracle HCM system, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and optimal performance. They will also provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and administer the Oracle HCM system, ensuring data accuracy and system availability.
  2. Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
  3. Configure and customise the Oracle HCM modules as needed to meet business requirements.
  4. Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data governance policies.
  5. Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with Oracle support and internal stakeholders to minimise disruption.
  6. Implement and maintain security protocols, role-based access controls, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  7. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administering Oracle HCM or similar HRIS systems.
  3. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration tools.
  4. Experience in managing projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  5. Oracle HCM certification is preferred but not required.
