About the Role:

Henderson Scott is seeking an experienced Hybrid IT Administrator to join our team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. As a Hybrid IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of our Oracle HCM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer the Oracle HCM system, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Configure and customise the Oracle HCM modules as needed to meet business requirements, including workflows, reports, and integrations with other systems.
  • Oversee data imports, exports, and migrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with Oracle support and internal stakeholders to minimise disruption.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols, role-based access controls, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administering Oracle HCM or similar HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration tools.
  • Experience in managing projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Oracle HCM certification is preferred but not required.
