Our client is seeking a Graduate Roads Engineer to join their North West Network team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to road maintenance and improvement projects while receiving training and development in all aspects of road engineering.

Job Description
As a Graduate Roads Engineer, you will assist in the design and maintenance of roads, survey and inspection support, and project management. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including other engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with technical standards and guidelines related to road design, construction, and maintenance, and assisting in the production and management of project documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. You will have basic knowledge of road design and construction principles and a willingness to develop expertise in road infrastructure. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, an analytical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible attitude.
