Job Summary:
Sheridan Maine South is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of payroll systems across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the provision of global payroll services.
- Execute and manage global payroll across multiple locations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Host and chair meetings to ensure effective communication and project progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading large multisite/international payroll projects.
- Possess a payroll qualification and in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
- Previous experience of payroll projects and management, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
