Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients, their families, and our team to deliver personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Help clients with medication and provide emotional support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You'll need to be willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
