Care Home Kitchen Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Go To Outsourcing. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care home kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake thorough cleaning of all kitchen areas, including food preparation spaces, dry goods storage, and dining rooms.
  • Assist in food preparation and service, ensuring high-quality meals for our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Be aware of good nutrition and cater to special dietary requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant.
  • Previous experience in a catering environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
