Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Synergi Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities, identifying and resolving technical issues, and implementing continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on high-speed food production machinery
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, including fault finding with PLCs
  • Working closely with the engineering and production teams to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure maximum uptime

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance and repair within a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and control systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
