Role Overview
We are seeking a Water Safety Professional to join our team at Nuffield Health Surbiton FWC on a bank basis. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
About You
- You will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records.
- You have bags of enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- You are passionate about great customer care and are a real team player.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist members in staying safe and healthy when using our wet facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment for all members.
- Provide a warm welcome and efficient service to everyone who arrives at our club.
- Maintain attention to safety and respond promptly to any incidents.
- Foster connections with members, making them feel valued and supported.

Salary Details
This is a part-time position, working on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. The hourly rate is £12.25, offering a competitive salary for the right candidate.
