Retail Stocktaking Team Leader

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock taking
  • Deliver stock taking services on client sites, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and report on stock taking performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Flexible availability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and nights
  • Ability to travel to different client sites each day, with a full driving license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
