We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock counting, managing team performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and efficient stock counting
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites, ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless stock counting operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
