Job Title: Air Import Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Import Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Air Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the importation of goods from overseas, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with overseas partners and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and submit customs entries, including completion of necessary documentation and payment of duties.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of imports, including tracking and tracing of shipments.
  • Communicate with customers and partners to resolve any issues or concerns related to imports.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience with customs clearance software and systems.
