Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Sales Merchandiser to join our team. As a Field Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with major supermarkets, ensuring 100% availability of product on shelf, and maintaining store records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage store contact relationships within the major supermarkets
  • Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory
  • Support other brands in the McCormick family when required

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK and a UK bank account
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous merchandising, retail, or hospitality experience (e.g. bar staff, waiting staff)
