Job Description

Job Title: Sister – Charge Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sister – Charge Nurse to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management of the Hospital Ward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff, ensuring effective and efficient management of ward resources and driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
  • Clinical Governance: Lead and support the nursing team to meet all aspects of the clinical governance agenda, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Work to maintain and enhance the customer service and satisfaction of service users, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and treatment.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Participate in the recruitment and selection process for nursing staff, ensuring that the team is comprised of skilled and experienced professionals.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for nursing staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Experience: Experienced in acute nursing care, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior registered nurse post or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of nursing staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
