Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Sonder and provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests
  • Guide guests through our technology-rich experience, ensuring they are able to make the most out of their stay
  • Provide friendly and professional service to all guests, both in person and via digital communication channels
  • Utilize our digital communication systems to receive guest calls, messages, and live chats, and offer immediate support from the Front Desk
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Assist building leadership with administrative tasks to ensure all operations run smoothly
  • Flex to support the back-of-house team on a day-to-day basis as needed
  • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces
  • Share knowledge with other team members and support multiple Sonder properties as required

Requirements

  • Personable, guest-centric, and positive, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Previous experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
  • Proficiency in languages other than English a plus
