Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team at a local manufacturer in Loughborough. As a Saw Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of saws, including band saws, panel saws, and sliding table saws. You will work in a busy workshop environment and be required to undergo training provided by our client.
Responsibilities:
* Operate saws to cut and shape wood and other materials
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment
* Adhere to health and safety regulations
* Work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field
* Ability to measure accurately and work with technical drawings
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities
Benefits:
