The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Lift Engineers and subcontractors in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This will involve driving operational excellence, exceeding business goals, and shaping the team to consistently deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve service delivery.
  • Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
  • Carry out regular site monitoring to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints.
Requirements:
