Process Improvement Specialist

The Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to drive efficiencies and continuously improve processes within the organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QMS documentation, ensuring the quality data collection and reporting system is up-to-date.
- Perform QMS audits and provide training to ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for quality processes, educating and advising staff at all levels to gain their buy-in.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of trust and integrity.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and advise staff.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to perform audits and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Strong organisational skills to develop and maintain QMS documentation.
