Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Purchasing Professionals Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to stakeholders and managers, ensuring the effective recruitment and selection of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process HR transactions and data accurately, compliantly, and within service standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure all contractual documents are compliant with procedures and statutory legislation.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures across the employment lifecycle.
  • Utilize the iTrent system to manage HR tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience with the iTrent system is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our London office and remote work for the remaining days.

Salary:

£15 - 20 per hour via PAYE or LTD UMBRELLA.
