Key Responsibilities
  1. Support vulnerable students: Enhance the emotional well-being of young people, raise their aspirations, and assist them in achieving their full potential.
  2. Classroom assistance: Assist the classroom teacher in managing pupil behaviour, delivering lessons, and creating a positive learning environment.
  3. Monitor progress: Regularly monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers, parents, and other professionals as required.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
