Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our team at our new bodyshop in Milton Keynes. As an MET Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, and trim components of various vehicle makes and models.
  • Carry out all necessary mechanical and body work on allocated jobs.
  • Inspect, fault-find, and diagnose work.
  • Order replacement parts and reassemble vehicles with new parts as required.
  • Ensure all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with the wider team regarding the status of repairs.

Requirements

  • Significant experience as an MET from an accident repair background.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Ability to plan workload efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexibility in approach, working to high standards and with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
