About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our brand-new team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our accident repair bodyshop team, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated jobs
  • Dismantle vehicles ready for the panel shop
  • Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work
  • Order replacement parts
  • Reassemble vehicles with new parts as required to pre-accident condition
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MET Technician who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to plan your workload, work safely under pressure, and carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.

You will be working as part of a team, but also be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision. You must be flexible and able to work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.

Candidates must have experience as a MET in a bodyshop environment or be a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician looking for a change to work in a bodyshop.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, up to £45,000 + time saved bonus - OTE 55-65K, and a full-time, permanent position. You will also have the opportunity to work in a brand-new team and be part of an exciting new venture.
