We are seeking a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our committed team to support a child on a 1:1 basis and to support the learning and pastoral needs of our children.

This role will involve working 1:1 with children with specific educational needs in our Reception Class. As such, this role will involve working collaboratively, sensitively, and empathetically, to supervise and support pupils in the learning environment, including more in-depth support on a 1:1 basis, to promote independence, inclusion, acceptance, and support social development and welfare needs, whilst ensuring the equality of access to learning opportunities for all pupils.
