Totally plc is proud to offer a Clinical Leadership Opportunity for a seasoned Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent Treatment Centres team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of healthcare and delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading clinical teams, assessing patients' health needs, and making informed decisions about diagnosis, treatment, and referral or discharge. Your expertise will help enhance the capacity and capability of our teams and drive improvement in patient outcomes.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will also be expected to lead by example, promote best practice, and mentor junior staff members. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to grow professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical teams and make decisions about staffing and resource allocation.
  • Assess patient health needs and undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Making decisions about diagnosis, treatment, and referral or discharge.
  • Prescribe medication and refer patients to specialist services when necessary.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior clinical staff.
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent).
  • Clinical skills qualification at degree level.
  • Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, injury, and paediatric minor illness/injury.
  • Independent prescriber status.
