Project Administration Role

Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking a highly skilled Project Administration professional to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Project Management teams, including answering phones, responding to visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and site visits, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project documentation, supplier information, and staff training matrices.
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintenance, replenishment, and general administration.
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with excellent literacy, spelling, and grammar skills.
  • At least 3 years of administration experience, with a strong understanding of project administration principles.
Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based in our office and will be required to work closely with our Project Management teams.
