About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Second Line IT Support Analyst to join our team at Welcome Break. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services to all team members across various environments. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective solutions to hardware and software issues, as well as maintaining End User devices, printers, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 2nd line support to all team members in Head Office, Retail, Hospitality, Hotel, and Forecourt environments
  • Support and maintain End User hardware and software, printers, mobile and communication devices, central and distributed networks, servers, EPOS, and other applications
  • Support and manage Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Utilize Zendesk and other tools to manage queues, meet SLA agreements, and drive best-of-class ITSM practices
  • Create and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge bases
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to deploy new services and products across the business
