We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to join our successful hotel team at The University of Edinburgh.

The Opportunity:

As a Front Office Manager, you will be an ambassador for our newly refurbished and rebranded products, continuously looking to improve our standards and deliver world-class hospitality.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional development, with the chance to take on additional responsibilities and support us to enhance our reputation under our University of Edinburgh hospitality and events collection brand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for our newly refurbished and rebranded products.
  • Continuously look to improve our standards and deliver world-class hospitality.
  • Become an integral part of our existing reception team with a desire to succeed in delivering our values.
  • Use your upselling skills to maximise sales opportunities.

To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong multi-tasking skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy front-facing customer service environment, a hospitality background, and the ability to deal with a multitude of customers, including students, in a professional manner.
