About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Care Professional to join our team at East Anglia Care Homes Ltd. As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as feeding, mobility, and transfers
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with updating care plans and monitoring recording of care delivered
Requirements:
- Compassionate and respectful demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong organisational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and medication administration
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
