We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our Bexley Secondary School as the Teaching and Learning Expert, with specific responsibility for improving teaching and learning across the faculty.
This is a key role within the school, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant impact on the academic success of our students.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving teaching and learning, and will be able to demonstrate their expertise in curriculum design and delivery.
The salary for this role is £45,630 - £50,935 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
- Provide coaching and support to teachers to improve their practice
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning
- Collaborate with other leaders to develop whole-school initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher with a proven track record of improving teaching and learning
- Experience of leading a team and managing budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Education or related subject
