We are seeking a dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to support our teaching and learning teams at Opogo. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain classroom experience.

About the Role:

You will assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, promote student engagement and academic achievement, and support individual and group learning activities. You will also maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, foster a sense of community and well-being among students, and collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning support, promoting student engagement and academic achievement
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, including curriculum design and assessment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet diverse student needs, promoting inclusivity and equity
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data, ensuring efficient administrative processes

**Salary:** £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:
  • A degree in Education or a related subject (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
