About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Business Partner to join our team at Middlesbrough Council. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions to meet the needs of our programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve problems, and develop a whole systems approach
  • Facilitate data extraction with external agencies, and use data to map 'as is' processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Alteryx
Requirements
  • Highly experienced in the use of technology, including Power BI, ETL tools (ideally Alteryx), SQL, and Excel
  • Confident and articulate, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit your audience
  • Passionate about data analytics and focused on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
