Job Description

This role will be at the heart of taking our established marketing activity to the next level, focusing on evolving our social media profile and executing email marketing campaigns.

About Our Client:

  • We are a well-established estate agency brand with multiple branches across Surrey.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our brand, online presence, and promote brand visibility across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each social media platform and target audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Assist with other marketing duties, including publications and content creation.
  • Actively explore new marketing initiatives and avenues for the company.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a marketing or social media role.
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience delivering email marketing and social media campaigns, including paid social media.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Experience creating and editing digital video content is ideal but not essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid social media advertising.
  • Interest or experience in the property industry.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
