We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Department Assistant to join our team at HCA Healthcare UK. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our Radiographers and Consultants, ensuring exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our Outpatient Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize Ultrasound workload, including charging patients, chaperoning patients when required, and dealing with all necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain stock levels in all rooms, including linen and consumables.
  • Respond appropriately to accidents or untoward incidents/occurrences within the unit and provide accurate documentation.
  • Be conversant with all local policies and procedures and act accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have hospital-based experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Radiology Assistant, with radiology experience desirable. They will also possess strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate flexibility with working patterns.

Salary and Benefits

Up to £30,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience and skills, along with excellent benefits, including private healthcare insurance, pension contributions, and season ticket loan.
