Adult Mental Health Consultant Psychiatrist

- Be actively involved in the leadership, management, and decision-making within the Community Mental Health Team.
- Ensure that management plans are clearly displayed in patient records and undertake administrative duties associated with patient care.
- Foster relationships between staff within each organization, as well as with local Clinical Commissioning Groups.
- Act as team responsible clinician for the purposes of the Mental Health Act 1983 and carry out duties in accordance with the code of practice.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £105,504 - £139,882 per year, plus a 10% recruitment and retention premia. The successful candidate will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a contributory pension scheme, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
