Our Team

We have a team of 450 colleagues at our Wisbech site, working together to manufacture premium chilled ready-to-cook meals for major retailers like Asda and Co-op. Our team members are motivated, engaged, and supported to develop and achieve their potential.

Job Summary

We're seeking a multi-skilled Team Leader to join our operations team. As a Team Leader, you will lead a shift team to create a high-performing culture, plan and prioritize workload, and ensure accurate documentation of shift activities and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a Shift Team

Lead a shift team to create a high-performing culture where team members are motivated, engaged, and supported to develop and achieve their potential.

Plan and Prioritize Workload

Plan and prioritize the shift workload to ensure efficient production and meet productivity targets.

Ensure Accurate Documentation

Ensure the accurate and timely documentation of shift activities and performance, including escalation of relevant events and real-time use of CMMS.

Operate Machines Safely

Operate machines in line with related safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Monitor Production

Monitor production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency, and work as part of a team to attain safety and performance KPIs.

Be Part of a Multi-Skilled Team

Be willing to learn several machinery roles to be part of a multi-skilled team and contribute to the success of the site.
